The speed of speaking is relatively fast to me. Especially when need to follow and do the steps, a pause will be helpful.

I' am satisfied with the training. The topics taught are useful for my daily work. The knowledge and skills acquired from this training once applied at workplace, i believe it will make work easier, less time consuming and in a orderly manner. It is really an eye opener and at the same time challenging in terms of trying to understand and grasp all topics within the given timeframe. More training of this kind is needed and well as having a whole day of training rather than having 2 sets of training a day like what we did now. Overall, thankyou for the wonderful week of learning!
