I've been self taught for quite a few years now, but found the course extremely useful. Michael was clear, patient and did a great job in covering a huge range of topics in quite a short period of time. I learnt a lot, thanks! My only complaint was the online system... 1. My in person course cancelled, but wasn't notified that I could transfer this to online. Re-schedule was the only option. Did find out eventually that online was an option so went with that. 2. Online material wasn't able to be accessed initially. This was resolved and the Course notes/book became accessible. 3. The Digital files required for the course did not appear, Michael had to send them via Teams at the start of the session, so we had to download and set these up last minute.

The agenda was clearly outlined, and the content was highly relevant to my role. Michael explained concepts with practical examples, making complex topics easy to understand. Overall, the training was well-structured, engaging, and will positively impact my work.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating his lecture. He is very articulate and delivered the lectures with such clarity. He is very skilled on the topic he taught, and it was a great experience for me. I have learned heaps. Michael also encouraged participation, engagement and feedback :) Would love to attend his classes again.
