Steven was brilliant all the way through, very patient with everyone and very thorough in his step-by-step explanations on the SharePoint processes. I highly recommend his training to anyone looking into learning Microsoft 365. The course contents were also quite thorough, while half of it was content I already knew well (Permissions in particular), I still took plenty away in terms of new concepts (Metadata, Version history, Hub Associations, etc.), as well as affirming my own knowledge on areas I was already highly familiar with.
