The course was clearly set out and explained. It was a nice pace and I learnt lots of handy tricks, on top of the standard course content. Cheryl was lovely and made sure that what I was learning would be relevant to what I would be using it for in the workplace.

The hospitality was also so appreciated by the lovely receptionist (Jess?) and all the little snacks that were well enjoyed during the breaks!

There were many shortcuts and helpful tips throughout. Formatting for tables, pasting multiple images in sequence and paragraph styles were very helpful.
