Ulfa did a good job. Easy to follow and good speed. Would be good to have printed guide with notes about codes you can use, screen shots etc of options.

Trainer was very patient given differing levels of ability, however I did find myself waiting for long periods waiting for some individuals to catch up. It would be good if we could do a test of our ability then choose the right courses to go in to as I feel I could have skipped this beginner class.
