The trainer and I had a whole class to ourself which was actually nice to get one on one support. He also showed me shortcuts and ways to assist me in regards to my job in particular which I appreciate. :)

There are so much things that are covered which is great. Though I know some stuff I still learn new things. Just a suggestion that it would be better if there is a little additional time to be able to workshop issues more with everyone. Ken is also patience with all my questions which I really appreciate.
