took the Practical Project Management course with Nexacu and really found it useful. The instructor knew their stuff and explained everything clearly. The course was practical and easy to follow.

I felt that your teaching style was very self-led which I respect is a technic, but I also feel like we came here for you to teach us minute taking conventions. If we knew what we were doing, then we wouldn't be here. Having said that I do feel that my questions were answered and I enjoyed the activities and ultimately, I definitely feel like I got what I needed out of the course.

Richard is a great trainer. He made the minute taking course understandable and took the time to explain things step by step. I would recommend him to anyone.

I think it would have been helpful to have an overview of what would be covered in the day ie. Paraphrasing practice runs, grammatical guidance., etc. Possibly helpful to include more tips on listening to different styles of speakers as meetings typically happen live and we are transcribing from spoken text rather than written though I did find it really helpful to have multiple perspectives in the class while working through different exercises.
