Promotional Period
The promotion opens on 12 March 2026  AEST and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, suppliers of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the survey during the promotional period and provide valid contact details, including email address and phone number. Limit of one entry per person.

Prize
One winner will receive one free Nexacu 1-day course of their choice, subject to availability and approval by the Promoter.

The prize does not include Nexacu certificates, bundles, exams, private training, partner-delivered training, or any other product or service not expressly included in the prize.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Draw Details
The prize draw will take place on 2 April 2026. The draw will be conducted electronically using www.randomdraws.com.au

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and phone no later than 2 April 2026.

Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, a redraw will take place. The redraw will be conducted electronically using www.randomdraws.com.au. The redraw winner will be notified by email and phone no later than the date of the redraw.

Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy, and will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an invalid entry or tampers with the entry process. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries, or for any technical failures affecting entry. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable law.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
